What happens if my plants arrive dead?
You have two hours from the USPS time stamp for delivery to provide photos of the plants. You will be refunded for the plants but not shipping, as it already has shipped.
USPS has had my package for a while, what should I do?
You should contact us immediately, this will allow us to contact USPS and try to figure out what's going on. We can send out a replacement package if needed, as soon as everything gets figure out. Please contact us first if you have any issues!
Am I required to buy an ice/heat pack?
Technically, you are not required to buy an ice/heat pack. However, if the weather is extreme (above 85 F or below 40 F) in your area and you did not purchase one, it is possible for us to hold your parcel until we contact you to inform you of the weather conditions. The package will be sent out after two days without a response. We will not be responsible for the condition of the package once it arrives, this means that we may or may not issue a full refund if the plants aren't in satisfactory condition. It is up to you to determine whether you need an ice pack for the area you live in.

I am not sure how to care for my plants, is there anywhere I can get help?
There are many online resources and guides available for caring for aquarium plants. Many are free of charge.
However, if you’d like to know how we do it here at Zia Plant, we can definitely let you know if you send us a message with a request.
We provide care instructions, fertilization methods and products, and special handlings tips. Some rare species of plants may require special handling. Aquarium supplants such as root tabs, fertilizers, and aquatic buffers may require special handling.
I ordered botanicals, how do I prepare them for my tank?
Botanical treatment is easy! You can simply bring a pot to a boiling temperature. Then drop the botanicals in for 15-20 minutes, 30 minutes max! You can then remove the botanicals safely or let them cook down in your water. You can then safely add them to your tank.
All of our botanicals are heat-treated before storage to ensure a clean and safe product.
What are your 3D Prints made of?
Great question!
Every 3D print is made from bio-plastic, and is completely safe for all living beings. It is known as PLA. For certain projects, a stronger version of PLA is used, this is called PLA+.
The plastic is non-toxic and child safe.
